Damaged or Lost Packages

  3. We Will: File a claim with the logistics partner and await investigation (typically 10-15 days)

✓ Resolution: Once confirmed as lost, we will process a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost.

Address-Related Issues

If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable:

  • The courier may not be able to deliver; package may be returned
  • You will be charged return shipping fees (typically 50-100% of original shipping)
  • A refund will be issued after package returns

Address Changes
